DESIGN SERVICES SKS LLC offers a service, to professional interior designers, to purchase select products directly for resale to their clients. This program requires a simple registration with no minimum annual sales requirements and no opening requirement. Here is how it works:
You must be a qualified interior design provider and be physically located in the states of PA, NJ, DE, or NY.
Delivery will be made to any commercial receiving location within the above states with a delivery charge of 8-9% of product costs. Deliveries outside of these locations may incur a delivery surcharge. All deliveries are completed via common carrier and require a dock capable of receiving a 53′ trailer.
Deliveries completed by home delivery companies are the choice and the responsibility of the designer and are not part of the charges applied by Design Services SKS, LLC
Price Lists & Catalogs
Registered participants can download price lists, digital catalogs, and more from this site.
Designer Direct prices are calculated from the Manufacturers Suggested Retail price lists. The posted price lists on this website are the already calculated item COST prices and do not include surcharges or freight charges. In all cases, submit your item number to email@example.com for verification of net total pricing.
Sam Moore and Bradington-Young’s lead times are normally 8-10 weeks. These products are made to order. Hooker Furniture products are dependent upon stock status at time of order. Stock info is always known through online inventory data. Fabric or Leather shortages will increase lead times. Freight transit times are usually 8-10 business days from date of confirmed shipping.
All purchase orders must be emailed to: Thomas M. Smith firstname.lastname@example.org. An invoice (including freight) will be emailed back to you. The invoice will be your confirmation of amount due. All orders must include a PO # for tracking purposes. All orders must include ship to: instructions with receiver phone number and any receiving conditions. Designer sales tax registration copy must be on file prior to order submission.
All Purchase orders must be paid in full (including freight) before they are sent to the manufacturer. DESIGN SERVICES SKS, LLC does not offer terms. Method of payment is check with order. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once the order is in process by the manufacturer, it cannot be changed or canceled. There are no refunds allowed once an order is in process with the manufacturer.
Freight charges are usually 8-9% of product costs (includes fuel surcharge). Because DESIGN SERVICES SKS, LLC consigns the freight, we will choose the carrier. Freight charges are subject to change at any time.
