The general process for submitting an order is the same for all manufacturers. A purchase order must be submitted to Design Services SKS, LLC. You will then receive an invoice via email . It will include all product costs plus the freight charge for the order. Orders will be entered for shipment once payment is completed

Please note: As of 2015, flame retardant chemicals, which were once a requirement of an Upholstery Law license, are no longer a legal requirement. In recent years, there has been increasing concern by some scientists and consumers about the use of these chemicals. Moreover, all upholstery produced by Hooker Furniture and its divisions has a new upholstery law label attached that states our products are free of added flame retardants. Therefore, anyone who plans to supply Hooker Furniture or its divisions with COM fabric must first complete and return the Certificate of Compliance (COC Form).
