Designer Direct Program Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions for the Designer Direct program. You will need to agree with these terms and conditions in order to proceed to the registration page.
1) Only companies or persons related to the Interior Design trade may register and purchase from LRM Designers.
2) Your business must be located in Eastern PA, Southern NJ, Northern DE or Westerm NY State.
3) You must present, via Fax or Email a current resale certificate in locations where sales tax is applicable to

4) All ordered items must be accompanied by a check for payment in full at time of order. Please make check payable to:

5) Design Services SKS, LLC will choose the freight carrier for all orders, unless you specify carrier.
6) All orders will ship complete, unless instructed otherwise at time of order. Freight cost is determined by the items on your purchase order. Freight damage is the responsibility of the receiver. Design Services SKS, LLC does not file or investigate freight damages.
7) Once the order is in process by the manufacturer, it cannot be changed or canceled.
8) There are no refunds allowed once an order is in process with the manufacturer.
9) In all cases items purchased will be prices at less 50% + less 25% from the suggested retail price list, rounded off to the next highest even dollar. Freight charges must be included with payment and are 9% of product costs or $75 minimum (whichever is greater) unless ship-to location is outside of normal service area. Freight surcharge may apply when the ship-to location is outside of the normal carrier service area.
10) All sales are made to the trade only for resale to the end-user. Design Services SKS, LLC will not be responsible for collecting or remitting any applicable sales tax on behalf of the reseller. All orders must include the sales tax certificate and state of registration for each reseller.
11) No orders will be shipped without a commercial loading dock destination. Common Carriers will not deliver to residential locations. Please include the address and phone number of the "ship-to" location with all orders.
Failure to comply with any of these terms will cause the order to be returned.
